Annual Electors' General Meeting (June 2025)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Sections 5.27 and 5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, that the Annual Electors' Meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 March 2026 at the Shark Bay Recreation Centre, Francis Street, in Council Chamber commencing at 5.00 pm.

Order of Business -

1. Receiving of the Annual Report, including the Annual Financial Statements, Presidents Report and Auditors Report of the Shire of Shark Bay for the year ending 30 June 2025.
2. General Business.

Questions that may require research are requested to be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer in writing no later than Monday 17 March 2025 at 5.00pm.

Copies of the Annual Report are available from the Shire Office during normal office hours and on the Shire of Shark Bay website at www.sharkbay.wa.gov.au.
